inconsistencies, achieving 100% passing rate on reviews by 8 administrations.

* Appointed Commissioner of Cultural Affairs under 6 mayoral administrations.

* Raised $ 3.4 million dollars to build and create programs in regional arts center.

Artistic Direction / Instruction ( City of Pittsfield )

Developed training and design for in-house workshop programs and public mural programs throughout the community. Oversaw actual construction of Arts Center.
